Intertape Polymer Corp (IPG) embraces Sustainability as a key business strategy. This is reflected in our practices emphasizing positive impact to people and planet in our operations as well as our supply chain.  <\/p>\n<\/span>\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

IPG unequivocally supports the elimination of all forms of worker exploitation, including child labor, bonded labor, and other forms of forced labor. As such, IPG has adopted the following publicly available policies applicable to it and each of its subsidiaries and affiliates, requiring compliance with law, which include laws concerning human trafficking and slavery: <\/p>\n<\/span>\n\n\n

By agreeing to our vendor and supplier agreements, our vendors and suppliers further certify that products supplied to IPG comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the countries in which they are doing business. If we were to determine that an employee or contractor has violated a law regarding slavery and human trafficking, this would constitute grounds for termination of the employment or supply relationship.  <\/p>\n<\/span>\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

IPG engages with consultants and third-party services to assist in identifying risks and regulatory non-compliance. These assessment methods do not provide complete coverage of our supply chain and do not meet requirements for full due diligence. <\/p>\n<\/span>\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

IPG has not adopted formal internal accountability standards and procedures to assess the effectiveness of our measures to identify and eliminate child and forced labor in our supply chain. All stakeholders are encouraged to communicate concerns regarding the practices of IPG, each of its subsidiaries and affiliates or suppliers through their designated IPG representative, or confidentially using the information available at  https:\/\/www.itape.com\/confidential-ethics-line\/<\/a> <\/p>\n<\/span>\n\n\n
