Polyair Packaging (Polyair) brands and assets were acquired by Intertape Polymer Group (IPG) in 2018 and represents a full portfolio of protective packaging solutions

  • Our company color: PMS 548 Blue / PMS 124 Yellow / 80% Black (An IPG Company)

We ask that you help protect our brand by reading the Use and Guidelines located below and by ensuring that standards are applied consistently and uniformly. The Polyair logo and variations provided here are for the promotion of Polyair and our product offering. Improper Logo Usage

  1. Do not use the logo at an angle.
  2. Do not distort or skew the logo.
  3. Do not place the logo on a background with insufficient contrast. (White text is acceptable against a dark background.)
  4. Do not change the « A » in Polyair to Text.
  5. Do not use the logo in a sentence/phrase or add words to the logo.
  6. Do not change the color of the logo to be one solid color (unless used as a knockout)
  7. Do not put the logo inside a box (either outlined or solid).
  8. Do not alter the colors of the logo.
  9. Do not resize, alter color, alter placement or verbiage of « an IPG Company » disclaimer.

Acceptable Logo Variations

  1. Logo on dark background: All White is acceptable for Polyair
  2. Logo on dark background: White is acceptable for Polyair with Yellow remaining (in the case of a yellow background, the A can change to white or Black)
  3. Logo on light background: All Black is acceptable for Polyair

Use and Guidelines

Your use of Polyair’s logo is subject to the below restrictions on use and guidelines and, should you use the Polyair logo, you agree to abide by the following:

  1. Never use the Polyair logo as your own.
  2. Do not incorporate the Polyair logo, in whole or in part, in the name of your company, product, service, logo, trademarks, or website.
  3. Do not manufacture, sell, or give away any products with the Polyair logo unless those products were manufactured by Polyair (or IPG).
  4. Do not alter the Polyair logo in any way other than as permitted herein.
  5. Do not use the Polyair logo in any way that implies sponsorship or endorsement by Polyair without express written permission from IPG to do so.
  6. Do not use the Polyair logo to disparage Polyair, its products or services, or in a manner which, in Polyair’s sole discretion, may diminish or tarnish Polyair’s goodwill in its logo.
  7. Do not use the Polyair logo to refer to any other product or service other than those provided by IPG.
  8. You must display the following statement in materials that display the Polyair logo: « Polyair is a trademark of Intertape Polymer Group Inc. or its affiliates. »
  9. You acknowledge that all rights to the Polyair trademarks are the exclusive property of Intertape Polymer Group (IPG), and all goodwill generated through your use of the Polyair trademarks will inure to the sole benefit of Polyair. You may not take any action that is in conflict with Polyair’s rights in, or ownership of, the Polyair trademarks.
  10. IPG reserves the right to cancel, modify, or change these restrictions and guidelines at any time in its sole discretion and without notice. You should periodically check these restrictions and guidelines to ensure that you remain in compliance.
  11. IPG may take appropriate action against any unauthorized or non-conforming use of the Polyair trademarks, or any other use inconsistent with these restrictions and guidelines.
