A fully automatic machine* used to apply flat paper around product order using heat seal and continuous or intermittent motion, to create a shippable paper mailer in random sizes or batched formats. *Solution may include inkjet barcoding and shipping label application.

- Pneumatics: Inspect the fittings, hose/ tubing, and volume for leaks.
- Plow Face & Forming Channel: Ensure surfaces are smooth with no burns or nicks. Verify they are free from debris and buildup. Perform an alignment inspection.
- Fin & Cross Seal Units: Check the heating and elements. Inspect for debris and confirm there are no scratches or nicks on materials.
- Main Drive & Belts: Verify all components move freely. Check sensors, timing, and alignment. Inspect for debris and confirm there are no scratches or nicks on materials.
- Infeed & Exit Systems: Check the rollers, sensors, eyes, and belts are all free from nicks, scratches, or cuts.
