CASE PACKER
Fully automatic machine used to group and load products into a formed RSC-corrugated case and typically applies both bottom and top closure. Vertical or horizontal processing.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE DETAILS
- Case Track: Check the bearing, coupling, sprocket, shaft, motor, and chain.
- Magazine: Check the chain, clutch, bearing, sprocket, belt, and solenoid.
- Carton Feeder: Check the belt, sprocket, suction cup, vacuum line, bearing, shaft, and motor.
- Chains & Tracks: Check the alignment, tension, bearing, sprocket, shaft, guide rails, and coupling.
- Discharge: Check the belt, bearing, shaft, sprocket, chain, motor, and tape head.
- Tucker: Check the belt, bearing, shaft, sprocket, chain, motor, and coupling.
- Pneumatics: Check the solenoid, manifold, fitting, vacuum, filter, and hose/tubing.
- Miscellaneous: Check the cylinder, sensor, regulator, and funnel.
- Tape Heads present in the machine (Top & Bottom or One only) will be serviced as part of the PM.
NOTE: Spare Heads onsite should use the Tape Heads PM Program for support on additional units.
